TACTS, the world’s largest retailer of contact lenses, to help more Americans save money on contact lenses. The companies estimate that Walmart customers and Sam’s Club members have already saved more than $25 million because of this program. The retailer also lowered prices on quality eyeglasses and frames for children 18 years and younger.
